We will be performing an upgrade of software on some of our core infrastructure at this time. This will only affect customers using the indicated MySQL servers, and may cause up to an hour of downtime during this maintenance window.

To confirm the MySQL server your site is using, you can do the following:
1. Log in to your Encompass site.
2. Next to the word "Encompass" on the left-side menu, in the top left, click the "three vertical dot" button.
3. At the bottom of the popup that appears, under the "Performance" header, look for a line that says "DB: MySQL" which will indicate the MySQL server used by your site.
